Pre-Storm/Event Plan Activation (72-48 hours before projected landfall)

  2. Activates Command Center at Church

  3. Emergency Preparedness Specialist sets up Command Center Prepares for EPC meeting

  4. Notifies Bishopric (come to EPC meeting)

  8. Call Ward Executive Secretary

  5. Ensures a Ham Operator on each SAR & Cleanup team
